FAQ - Turnaround time
What is the turnaround time for the analyses?
The turnaround time starts as soon as we have received your samples. If you have sent the samples by post, you receive a confirmation email for this. As soon as the results are known, your certificate with the results appears on your personal portal. You are notified of this by email.
2-3 working days
- DNA sexing
3-5 working days
- Disease tests (except ELISA PDD)
5-7 working days
- Performance genes
10-14 working days
- Kinship analysis
- Colour mutation tests (not applicable to tests that have not yet been developed, or are still in development)
- Species determination
- ELISA PDD
How and when do I recieve my results?
As soon as your analysis is ready, you will receive an email. Your analysis report will appear at the same time on your personal portal, where you can download or share it. For a first submission, be sure to also check your inbox's spam folder!
