FAQ - Ordering & payment
How do I submit a request?
Fill in the request form (available as a PDF or Excel file on our website) and send it together with your samples. You can also forward the completed form in advance via info@neornilab.be.A complete request consists of: the completed form + the samples.
How does payment work?
You will receive your invoice as soon as we have received your complete request.
- At the counter: payment on the spot (cash or digital)
- By post: invoice via email, payment by bank transfer
- Through your veterinarian: payment is handled via your veterinarian
After payment, we begin the analysis. You will receive your certified results via email.
